Anjaana-Anjaani movie gets 'Ok' reviews and response

Oct 2 (FLS): Despite of a great hype, as per view of the audience, the movie does not look much promising in the long run in comparison to the block buster Dabangg. The movie Anjaana- Anjaani gets an okay response altogether but was given thumbs up by the younger generation who helped packing the theatres in the first show.

Siddharth Anand produced Anjaana Anjaani is starred by big names like Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra who are mere strangers in the movie and meet by chance when both try to suicide. Ranbir acting as Akash in the movie is a stock trader who has hit bankruptcy decides to jump off a bridge, which also happens to be the setting of his meeting with a vodka-guzzling Kiara (Priyanka Chopra), also there to engage in similar activity.

Amidst series of hilarious events, the duos fall in love during their journey of self- discovery as well as their finding out if strangers could actually change one’s life. There is also a part in the movie which is flashback in which Zayed Khan and Priyanka does everything that can literally kill you by boredom.

Well, if we limit our self to the point then the movie is embellished with contradictions, The viewers who were mostly college students gave a mixed response for the movie.

One of the viewer said that the hype around the movie was so much that the expectation from the movie had gone up but ultimately it was just okay movie.

Another audience said that the first half of the movie was interesting but the second half was dragging, some complained about the length of the movie which was long in comparison to the recently released.
