Sept 30 (FLS): In order to curb all chances of speculation by the news channel regarding the verdict that may stir people for any untoward incident, the Allahabad High Court has decided to release the verdict of 60 year old Ram Temple-Babri Masjid dispute on Thursday, Sep 30 on internet site rather than television.
The High Court has also warned media against speculating the outcome of the Ayodhya-Title suit and told that a special website will be made available that will provide the gist of the judgement related issues, the operational part and the final judgement of the case.
The Registrar of the Lucknow bench issued a statement in which the media has been requested not to speculate anything about the judgement until they receive a copy of the issues answered by the court and the operational part of the order.
The registrar further added that a special website http://www.allahabadhighcourt.in/ayodhyabench.html will become operational from today which will provide the gist of the judgement and the final verdict.
Earlier on Tuesday, the SC had rejected the plea of the deferment of the Ayodhya Verdict filed by retired bureaucrat Ramesh Chand Tripathi and following the judgement of the apex Court the Allahabad High Court made it public that the verdict will be pronounced on 30th September at 3:30 pm.
Religious bodies as well as both BJP and Congress have welcomed this decision of Supreme Court. However, the centre has asked all the state government to be on high alert and take step to avert any kind of communal tensions.
