Ayodhya Verdict Result: Disputed land be divided into three parts, says Court

Lucknow, Sept 30 (IBNS): The Allahabad High Court on Thursday upheld that Lord Rama was born indeed on the disputed Ayodhya site but the 2.7 acre land of dispute would be divided into three parts and one of it would go to the Hindus and one to the Muslims.

Senior BJP leader and lawyer representing the Hindu groups claimed that majority of the three-member bench of the Allahabad High Court’s Lucknow bench has upheld that Lord Ram was born in the disputed site which would be divided in three parts-of which one with the idol of Lord Ram would go to the Hindus and one to the Muslims and a third to Nirmohi Akhara.

But the status quo of the site would be maintained till it was divided.

Prasad said the suit of the Sunni Waqf Board was rejected.

The court said the idol of Ram existed on the site before

“I appeal to the Muslims to accept the verdict,” Prasad said.

After a 60-year-wait and loss of over 2000 lives in the worst communal riots of independent India in 1992 following the demolition of the Babri mosque, the Allahabad High Court on Thursday delivered a verdict on the Ayodhya title suit.

though this verdict is in the side of hindus due to the judgement but the right thing is that either mosque is not removed where the five times prayers cannot be stopped, and temple is also not removed. Lets hope for the peaceful india.

Hi i am very much happy about the judgement no worries but what about those people who were involved in the demolition of mosque. as per our respected constitution no one should harm any one’s religious faith. there should be some punishment for those who are involved in the mosque demolition case.
