BJP, Bharatiya Janata Party before the commencement of Parliament session has cleared its intention that the session is not going to be smooth until the government forms the Joint Parliamentary committee to probe into the 2G scam.

As per report of the sources, BJP today said that there would be no dilution in its stand on the formation of JPC and threatened the government to disrupt the forthcoming Budget session of Parliament if government did not heed their demand.

While addressing a rally in Kanpur, senior BJP leader told media that the party will stick to the demand of JP to probe into the 2G spectrum scam as well as other scams and will not allow the functioning of Budget session in Parliament.

He also said that nothing will affect their demand even if the congress blamed them for harming the interest of people by disrupting the session as they wanted to tell the nation that by demanding JPC they intend to retrieve the Rs 1.76 lakh crore presumptive loss.

BJP leaders also told media that besides corruption, the opposition will also raise the issue of price rise during the Budget session starting February 21.

BJP veteran leader L K Advani while speaking to media was hopeful that government would accept the demand of JPC but cleared his intention of falling hard on government on negligence over his demand.
The winter session of Parliament was washed out as the Opposition kept pressing the government for a JPC probe and did not allow both the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha to function.
