If you have applied for BSNL JTO 2009 exam and have not received the Admit Card or Hall Ticket yet, don’t worry there is still some time. But one thing you should check is if your application has been accepted or rejected. You can call up your local BSNL Administration Center and enquire if your application has been accepted. There are certain criteria on which BSNL has been rejecting application forms, such as “improper filling of information“, “missing information“, “subject choice non discloser“, etc. So, it is always better if you can check for it beforehand. But in case your application has been accepted (which should be the case for most of us), you will received the admit card before the examination date. The Admit Card comes through registered post and so there is less chance that it will be lost in transit. But if in case no one is staying in your (provided) address, you should make some arrangement to receive it when it comes. For rejected applications, BSNL will send a “Application Rejected” acknowledgement letter with the reason why it has been rejected.
So, if you have not yet received the BSNL JTO 2009 admit card yet, the best you can do is wait for it till 14th June. I also heard that BSNL is going to publish the list of candidates who are eligible for giving the examination. So, check out for such a list on your state BSNL website.
If the Admit Card is not received by next week, you can go to the BSNL Administrative Office with your passport photograph (at least that was the procedure last year for BSNL JTO Exam 2008). For this year, I am not very sure about the procedure to retrieve your admit card. But if I get any information on this meanwhile, I will post it here. But first let’s wait till June 14 and let’s keep preparing. Good Luck!

QUICK UPDATE: For Karnataka Candidates, BSNL karnataka has released a new notification on their website. You can check the Notification HERE (PDF Document). According to the notification, all admit cards have been dispatched and if you do not received it by 16th June, you will have to go to the BSNL Office at Halasuru on or before 20th June 2009.
MORE UPDATE:
Okay guys, the Exam is just 2 days left now. You have still not received the Admit Card yet, please visit your circle’s BSNL Office (to know which BSNL office you have to visit, please refer this NOTICE from BSNL). Before visiting the Office, contact them and ask what are the documents you need to provide for getting the DUPLICATE Admit Card. For Karnataka Circle, you have to visit the BSNL Office at Halasuru with 3 Passport Size PHOTOGRAPHS. Once you reach Halasuru office, go to 4th Floor Conference Room and meet the Staff there. They will search for your name in the application Database and provide you a printed duplicate copy of your Admit Card. There are no other documents required for getting the Duplicate admit card except for the 3 passport size photographs. I have talked to them and he told me that they will be open till 5pm tomorrow (20th June 2009). So guys, don’t wait now, just visit the BSNL Office with your photographs and get the DUPLICATE Admit Card. Good Luck once again!

Hi Ram Prakash. I think that was very unprofessional for the BSNL staffs to harassed you when you approach them. You have applied for the post and it is your right to get the admit card and give the exam. I am sure other people in Delhi must have faced the same issue. If you have any friend who is giving the same exam on 21st June, approach with them together when you go tomorrow. And also please make sure you visited the right BSNL office. Because many other candidates must also be approaching them tomorrow for the duplicate admit card. When I went today to the Bangalore BSNL office, there were at least 10 -15 guys waiting for the admit card in the room. That was in about 10 minutes time. So, there are lot of people who have not received their original admit card and are going to the BSNL office for the duplicate admit card. If you are visiting the right BSNL office, I am sure you will some other candidates coming for the duplicate admit card. I hope you get the admit card tomorrow. And all the very best luck for the Exam.

SIR HAVE APPROACHED THIS UNDER MENTIONED OFFICE 3 TIMES FOR ISSUING DUPLICATE ADMIT CARD . HOWEVER DGM WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND SUBORDINATE AUTHORITY HARASHED ME . TILL TODAY 18 JUNE THEY NOT ISSUED DUPLICATE ADMIT CARD.
