  But the account no provided in your payment slip & application form is also different., ie, 1173201002124 in the payment slip& 1173201002125 in the application form ok /

  Hi manjusha, as per the instruction, if you are paying the fee with direct deposit, you can use the bank account number given on the bank challan (ending with 24). If you using NEFT and sending the fee from other bank’s account, then you can use the account number ending with 25. Best regards.
