  Respected Sir ,
  I have submitted my B.A. private form by online and now I want to collect

  my admit card but unable to collet the admit card . When I submitted my form ,a mistake was done by me .I mentioned wrong date of birth . My real date of birth is 28 Januaruy 1958 and submitted was 25 January 1985.
  I also mentioned wrong intermediate stream that is science in spite of arts.
  please help me what can be done .
  Will I have to submit any affidavite later or sooner.

  Now how can I collect my admit card .
  It is about my future.
