In case Company pays 30 days salary towards gratuity for every completed year of service and the gratuity amount works out to less than Rs.10 lakhs. Whether the gratuity receivable will be exempt from tax since the total gratuity amount receivable will be less than Rs.10 lakhs. Kindly clarify.
