CWG scam: Kalmadi aide arrested by CBI

New Delhi, Nov 15 (IBNS) Former Joint director of the Commonwealth Games Organising Committee (OC) T S Darbari, who was reportedly axed in the wake of the billowing corruption scandals, was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Monday.

Darbari, who was a close aide of tainted OC chief Suresh Kalmadi, was sacked on Aug 9 over allegations of irregularities in payments to the UK-based AM Films.
