Court martial Lt Gen Prakash: Army chief orders court martial against LtGen Prakash
Court martial Lt Gen Prakash (Army chief orders court martial against Lt.Gen Prakash): Deepak Kapoor, the Army Chief of India has ordered court martial against Lt. Gen Avadhesh Prakash, the former Military Secretary of India regarding the Sukhna land scam.
This is the first of its kind where the Indian Military Secretary is facing court martial. The court martial process will continue for at least six months.

Lt General Prakash was one of the top eight Principal Staff Officers at the Army headquarters. Along with Lt General Prakash, the CoI had indicted Lt General P K Rath for their role in issuing a no objection certificate to a private firm, which falsely claimed to establish an affiliate of the famous Ajmer-based Mayo College on land adjacent to the Sukhna military station in Darjeeling. On January 27, Lt General Prakash was removed from the post of Military Secretary.

Current CRR Rate after CRR Hike: Latest Case Reverse Ratio Rate (Current Reverse Repo Rate)
Current CRR Rate after CRR Hike (Latest Case Reverse Ratio Rate – Current Reverse Repo Rate): After the hike of 75bps in the CRR (Case Reverse Ratio) by the RBI, the current CCR Rate is 5.75 percent.
The CRR or Case Reverse Ratio Rate hike of 75bps will be done in 2 stages – first by 50bps and then by 25bps. The first CCR hike will be effective from 13th February and the second CRR hike will be effective from 27th February, 2010.
The current Reverse Repo Rate is 3.25 percent and the current Repo Rate is 4.75 percent.

CRR Hike (Cash Reserve Ratio hike by 75bps, Reverse Repo Rate No change – News Updates): RBI has hiked CRR or Cash Reserve Ratio by 75bps while keeping Reverse Repo Rate and Repo Rate with no change.
Here is the Cash Reserve Ratio hike news from TaxGuru:
BI has increased cash reserve ratio by 75 bps to 5.75 Percent , the hike would happen in two stages, the first stage of hike of 50 bps will be effective from February 13 and the next 25 bps from February 27. RBI has not touched the the reverse repo rate which is at 3.25 percent and repo rate which is at 4.75 percent. CRR hike would suck out Rs 36,000 crore liquidity from the system.
This policy is the first major move to mark the reversal of the easy money policy adopted since October 2008. A CRR hike has not come as a shocker for markets as the same has largely been factored into expectations.

Here is the quick story plot summary of Ishqiya:
Ishqiya is a story about two thieves Khalujan (Naseer) and Babban (Arshad), who escaped and on run from their boss. They plan to meet an old friend and insted meet his widow Krishana. As they plan their escape, their time spent together draws the duo to her, Khalu with his tinted vision of old-fashioned love, and Babban with his lustful eye. The threat of imminent death forces them on a path of violence and betrayal. Set in a rural landscape, ISHQIYA explores basic human emotions as influenced by desire, greed and revenge.
