DDA draw result 2011 for 15000 flats to be announced in 2nd week of April

The Delhi Development Authority has made it public today that it is going to come up with the result of the draw of the lots of nearly 15000 flats latest by second week of April. However, the exact date has not been mentioned by the officials.

As per statement of a senior official of DDA, a final date has not been decided yet but it will be decided in the presence of neutral observers for some time in the second week of April. There is not any information regarding DDA Housing Scheme2010 draw date at DDA site.

For the allotment of nearly 16000 flats DDA has called applications in the month of Nov-Dec 2010. Among these flats 15,574 HIG, MIG, LIG flats and 699 Janta flats have been made available for sale.

As per report of the close official nearly, 13.5 Lakhs DDA forms were sold, out of which 7.8 lakhs forms have been received. DDA officials have also told that they are planning to put the names of all qualified applicants on the site of DDA website so as to assure them that they are included in the DDA draw. Moreover, the applicants will also be contacted by the DDA so as to rectify the errors in the final list before the lucky draw is conducted.
