Delhi School of Economics cut off marks 2009 for DSE Admission

Okay this is not an information article but a question to those who know more about Delhi School of Economics. One of my friend would like to know what’s the cut off marks and what is the admission process. If anyone of you know about it, please share it here. I have tried searching for the same online but I am not able to get any good information regarding the same.
