Golmaal 3 collection hits jackpot after positive reviews and ratings

Nov 9 (FLS): Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal 3 collection has hit the jackpot as the movie has grossed net 70 crore in its first weekend, as per report of the sources. The movie after releasing during the Diwali festival has beaten Vipul Shah’s Action Replayy and got more than 90 percent occupancy in theatres in the opening weekend.

The laugh riot ‘Golmaal 3’was screened in more than 2000 screens all over the world and it proved successful in tickling the funny bone of even the most diehard serious people. Well, with such a response of the movie, the third instalment of the Golmaal version is looking forward to become one of the blockbusters of the year.

Sources have reported that the movie produced by Shri Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd and distributed by Eros International bagged 60 crores in India and 10 crores overseas.

Though, most of the multiplexes are not so excited with the content of the movies, but at the same time they are happy with the business from Golmaal 3.

With an unprecedented buzz before their release, Golmaal 3 cashed in on the rapport of its previous two outings. While Ajay Devgan, Kareena Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Shreyas Talpade, Tusshar Kapoor reprised their roles in part three, Kunal Khemu and Mithun Chakraborty came as new additions to the cast.

The festive season has certainly proved to be lucky for the film’s makers, distributors and of course the entire cast and crew. Let’s hope it gets to see more and more success in the weeks ahead.
