I am providing below the direct link from where you can download the 1st cut off list for admission to various courses in Hansraj College New Delhi.

From my own experience I would say that Hansraj is a very good college and the hostel is also really good. The food there is lovely. So, if you are planning to stay in the hostel and study, Hansraj is one of the best college in Delhi University.
