Harley-Davidson Hyderabad (India) showroom now open

US based bike maker Harley-Davidson makes its way through in India by beginning with its initial dealership outlet on Friday in Hyderabad known as Banjara Harley-Davidson.

The US Company has also found dealers, set to go for the outlet in Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh and Bangalore.

NT Ramarao, Telugu film actor inaugurated the first outlet. Anoop Prakash, Managing Director, Harley-Davidson India said “We will launch our bikes in other cities before the end of this year”. He further said that this bike make is best suitable for Indian roads because of its weight and roughness.

He said last year almost 700 heavy weight bikes of all types of brands were sold in the Indian market. Harley-Davidson India have made good investments such that to stay even for another twenty years of time with good sales record.

In Indian market, the company has launched 12 types of the bikes in 883 cc to 1800 cc range cost between Rs 7 lakh and Rs 35 lakh.
