HCL Infosystems Q3 Results 2010 out: Rs.2842 crore in Q3 revenue

HCL Infosystems Ltd has declared the Q3 (January, February, March) Quarter results (ended 31st March 2010) and has reported a consolidated revenue of Rs. 2842 crore. In a press release report sent to Forestlaneshul, the HCL Infosystem has reported a 10% YoY growth in Computer Systems business revenue, leading to Rs.960.4 crore in the last quarter alone.

Here are the HCL Infosystems Q3 Quarter Result 2010 Hightlights:

• Consolidated revenue of Rs. 2842.5 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2010.
• Consolidated services revenue for the quarter was Rs. 176.5 crore.
• Consolidated profit before tax for the quarter was Rs. 89.3 crore.
• Consolidated profit after tax for the quarter was Rs. 60.1 crores.
• Revenue from Computer Systems business for the quarter was Rs. 960.4 crore, up 10% Year on Year; up 33% sequentially.
• Profit before interest & taxes for Computer Systems business for the quarter was Rs. 52.9 crore, up 30% Year on Year; up 89% sequentially.
• Revenue from Telecommunication and Office Automation business for the quarter was Rs. 1884.7 crore.
• Profit before interest & taxes for Telecommunication and Office Automation business for the quarter was Rs. 53.5 crore.
• Consolidated EPS for the quarter ended 31st March 2010 was Rs. 2.8 per share.

The Board of Directors has declared Third quarterly Interim dividend of Rs.2 per share (100% on an equity share of par value of Rs.2 each).
