Indian students studying in US are facing tough time in US due to shut down of ‘SHAM’ university. Moreover, the authorities are adding to the misery of the victims by forcing them to wear radio collars around their ankles so that the authorities can keep the track of their movements.
As per report of the sources, the students who mostly hail from Andhra Pradesh may also be deported as authorities shut down Tri-Valley University in Pleasanton on the charges of a massive immigration fraud.
As per latest information, students were interrogated by authorities and forced to wear radio collars fitted with GPS technology to track their movements.
Claiming that it was the fault of Varsity, duped students have sent petition to the US Department of Homeland Security and also immigration and customs enforcement authorities reiterating the fact that they have not violated any law and they had no chance of knowing about the credentials of the university.
The students have also claimed that if they are deported, their families will be devastated as they have invested their complete life savings on them.
Meanwhile, the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) have established a helpline for the Indian students to contact ICE Homeland Security Investigations directly with their questions.
According to a federal complaint filed in a California court last week, the University helped foreign nationals illegally acquire immigration status.

Dollar may be GreenBack but the other side need not be Green. Wearing the Radio Collar you move around like a criminal or a four legged creature. Tagore sang Where the mind is without Fear and the Head is held High but when will our countrymen Awake Awake Awake. As Beatles sang simply Get Back to Where you once Belong and do that fast.
