Karnam Malleswari demands sacking of IWF secretary

Ramesh Malhotra, the alleged person for sexually harassing the junior lifters is not the only one who is facing tough times. This sex scandal has taken an intriguing turn when Malleswari stabbed the Secretary of the IWF and alleged him as an accomplice in this case.

Olympian Karnam Malleswari came with harsh words demanding the sacking of the Secretary Sahdev Yadav for not paying heed to the complaints made against inglorious coach.

Malleswari, presently the Vice-President of IWF, said that the days were not far when games in India would lose its pride. To protect the integrity of our games such secretary’s should be shown door so that there may not come any disgraced coach.

Earlier, yesterday Karnam had alleged Ramesh Malhotra, the coach of Indian Weight lifting, for sexual harassing the junior lifters and for playing with the modesty of women and now she has turned the tide against the secretary of IWF too  but she did not level any specific charges or reveal the identity of any particular victim. It is another sex scandal which has thrilled the people within a week.

“It’s disgusting, immoral and inhumane. I think coaches have lost their mind”, said a local player.

When asked what made her wait so long to go public, she said that all the allegations made by her were never secret. The members of Sports Authority, senior coaches, federation and even players knew that. She was sorry for the reason that despite of their suffering, Players and others did not come forward.

She taunted at the IWF’s recommendation of coach’s name for Dronacharya Award. She further said that this prestigious award would lose its honour if such people will be nominated for it.
