LG has announced to launch its new 3D smartphone LG Optimus 3D. The new 3D handset is really very advanced and laced with a number of stunning features along with the incredible feature of 3D display. The smartphone runs on Android operating system platform.
The new LG Optimus 3D is fitted with 4.3 inch 3D screen and the most exciting fact is that users don’t have to use 3D (polarizer) glasses to enjoy the 3D display. The device requires the users to be in a visual ‘sweet spot’ to enjoy the 3D. A button is provided to that users can have their choice whether to enjoy 2D or 3D.
The mobile phone is preloaded with 3 advanced 3D games (developed by French company) – Asphalt 6, Let’s Golf 2 and Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance (N.O.V.A). Apart from gaming the new smartphone lets users capture 3D contents themselves by using special double camera on the phone.
The new LG Optimus 3D has been powered with dual core processor and its’ dual core chips also provides dual channel and dual memory, which makes smartphone to work smoothly and swiftly.
In a press conference, Mr Daniel Hernandez, LG director of product marketing in Europe, said that they believed this phone would act as a catalyst to create develop 3D mobile industry. Mr Daniel further added that for users to be able to create content would be paramount to reach a critical mass in 3D content.
