Oct 22 (FLS): In the latest report, one of the many Multi Level Network Marketing Scheme running in Manipur, the Jainex International Trade (also known as JIT Market) has turned into a fraud case with 13 people already arrested in connection to the same.
The State police on Thursday, arrested 13 people including a women in connection to the Jainex Network Marketing Scam Case which involved crores of rupees. The fraud network has reportedly duped over 3000 investors of nearly Rs.40 crore, with individual investments ranging between Rs.50,000 upto Rs.10 lacs.
According to a report, Jainex International Trade or JIT Market was introduced in Manipur last month by alleged Huidrom Nandakumar (50), who resides in Khagempalli Pankha Huidrom Leikai of Imphal. The report also stats that police has recovered Rs.22.95 lacs from Nandakumar’s house. Mr. Nandakumar is now in police custody along with twelve other people involved in the case.
All the 13 people arrested have been produced before the judicial magistrate first class, Imphal East and they will be produced before the magistrate again on the October 27.
