“When he was caught earlier, Dwivedi had pleaded guilty in an Immoral Act case and got away by paying some fines. He had similar plans this time as well, but we have a very strong case against him. We will book him under MCOCA, so that he can’t get away with a fine,” said an investigating officer.
Police already recovered diaries and many love letters and notes and all these have revealed that Shiv Murat Dwivedi used to keep a close watch on the girls and his finances.
“He was meticulous in his planning. He noted even the minute details of the payments made to every girl and also made a roster for their duties and off-days,” a police officer said.
