Mexican flavour at IFFI

Panaji, Nov 29 (IBNS) As Mexico rises up to a renaissance in film making, International Film Festival of India (IFFI) follows with a spot light on the ‘Neo Noir Mexican Cinema’.

Internationally acclaimed 8 films from the year 2000 to 2010 are featured here.

The films are: El Crimen Del Padre Amaro (2002), Japón (2003), Noticias Lejanas (2004), Familia Tortuga (2006), Parpados Azules (2007), 5 DÍAS SIN NORA (2008), Norteado (2009) and Abel (2010).

The festival will be attended by the who’s who of Mexican Cinema including actress Sonia Couh (of Norteado) and Ana Claudia Talancón (of El Crimen Del Padre Amaro) and Tortuga Ruben Imaz, Director of Familia.
