MHADA Lottery result 2011

The MHADA Lottery result 2011 for allotment of flats will be declared on May 31st 2011. The results will be declared Maharashtra Housing Area Development Authority (MHADA) at the official website on www.mhada.maharashtra.gov.in.

Right now, since there is heavy traffic, it is taking a long time for the MHADA website to load. It is reported that around 4034 flats will be sold online on May 31st 2011 and they will allotted to the buyers. It is also reported that 1% of the flats, i.e. 40 flats are to be kept out of the auction.

Around 80% of the flats are meant for economically weaker sections of the people. For the 4034 flats, more than 35,000 applications have received. The flats are stuated in ares like Sion, Ghatkopar, Versova, Vikhroli, Malwani and Magathane in Borivli.
