Mumbai couple meets Abhi-Ash in London

Mumbai/London, Oct 20 (IBNS) Mumbai couple – Lurdwin and Peter Fernandes, the only winners of Lux Super Star Offer from the city, recently met Bollywood’s star couple Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in London.

Beauty care brand Lux had launched a unique initiative – the Lux Superstar offer- which gave an opportunity to consumers to meet Bollywood’s Super Star couple AbhishekBachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in London.

Peter Fernandis is indeed one lucky man! And this famous saying “behind every successful man there is a woman” is just apt for him.

His wife’s penchant for participating in contests seems to hit the jackpot every time she makes an attempt. Lurdwin, unlike many house wives glued to television, found interest in participating in competitions, writing slogans, answering contest questions etc.

Little did Peter know that Lurdwin’s hobby would reap great results and get them to win a contest and dine with celebrities!

Back from their London trip, the couple can’t stop raving about Abhi-Ash and narrating their experiences.

An ecstatic In Lurdwin’s narrates, “Every couple had come prepared with questions and topics to discuss with Abhishek and Aishwarya. But we wanted to do something different that will remind them of us.

“We decided to give them our picture so that they could never forget us and seal the day of our meeting in their minds. Abhishek and Aishwarya were so pleased with the gift and kept it with them all the while, it was a wonderful gesture on their part.”

The couple, who recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary, made the most of this ‘Lux given’ opportunity by visiting places like Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Madame Tussads, Trafalgar square, Westminister Abbey and the London Eye.
