NEERI Recruitment 2010 for Scientist and Technical Assistants

The National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI) has published the Recruitment 2010 notification for Scientist and Technical Assistants, along with the Application Form in PDF format that can be downloaded online. The recruitment is for Scientist [Group IV(2)] (24 posts), Scientist [Group IV(4)] (4 posts) and Technical Assistant [Group III(1)] (6 posts). Payscale for the posts are PB-3 – Rs.15600-39100 + GP Rs.6600; PB-4 – Rs.37400-67000 + GP Rs.8700 and PB-2 – Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4200; respectively.

The application forms duly filled in the prescribed application forms and complete in all respects accompanied by attested copies of all mark sheets, certificates, testimonials in support of date of birth/age,  educational qualifications, experience, caste/community as mentioned in  the application together with non-refundable  application fee of  Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only) per application in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Director, NEERI” and payable at the State Bank of India, NEERI Branch (Branch Code No.04224), Nagpur, should be sent to the Director, NEERI, Nagpur at the above address in an envelop duly superscribed as “Application for the post of _________ (Post Code No._______)” so as to reach on or before 25/10/2010.  Candidates belonging to SC/ST category/community, Persons with Disabilities and regular employees of CSIR are exempted from payment of application fee.  They should, however, attach an attested copy of caste/community/PWD category certificate as proof.  The demand Draft if not on SBI, Nagpur, it may be from any other Nationalized Bank only payable at Nagpur.
