The telecom major Nokia, is all set to launch their new set of mid-range 3G phones in India. Nokia has introduced three new 3g enabled phones, E52, 6700 and 7230 in India. These phones are compatible with the UMTS/3G networks and will also have the favorite social networking sites pre-loaded in them.
Both Nokia 6700 and 7230 are slider phones while E52 has a candy bar form factor. Nokia E52 is a perfect successor of the previous E51. But this has been introduced in India quite late though. E52 is a slim and sleek phone with a 2.4 inch QVGA display with up to 16 million colors display support. The phone has a remarkable 3.2 megapixel camera with flash. It also has a built-in A-GPS and Nokia Map supporter.
Nokia E52 has integrated social networking applications and supports html and media websites like Windows Live, Yahoo!, Facebook, MySpace and YouTube. Apart from that, the E52 supports Mail for Exchange, IBM Lotus Notes Traveler, Nokia Messaging, POP/IMAP and select third party solutions. E52 has up to 60MB internal memory which is expandable with up to 16GB microSD card.
