Nokia Phones price slashed to take on competition

The most preferred mobile phone handset company of India, Nokia has given a piece of news for its customers to rejoice. The company has slashed the price of all its handsets. The smart phones of the company have seen a 10% slash on their original price tags.

Nokia has taken this step of lowering the cell phone prices for better survival in the cell phone market. Nokia has lately seen bigger rivals such as Apple, moving at a high speed in the market. And the company believes lowering the price is the best weapon to fight such a competition.

This has also led to delay in the launching of the new software of the company which was scheduled to launch early this year. The reason behind the delay in launching of the software has not yet been disclosed. But some of the Nokia’s spokesmen deny to this recent news and calls it a rumor.

The world’s biggest cell phone maker has been constantly changing the price tags of its products and sees this as a strategy to maintain its position in the competitive market. The biggest decline in prices was once seen in the range of E-series phones.

    Good news for nokia lovers. I am also planning to trash my Motorola and buy a nokia this time.
