Nokia X5 and C5 phones in India for TD CDMA networks

Nokia X5 and C5 phones is launched in India in TD-CDMA network. Both phone features joint Application Stores like Mobile Market-Ovi Store. The phones will be available exclusive via China Mobile in China.

Nokia X5 is the one of the Nokia’s new X series phones. X5 is 5 mega pixel camera phones, dual LED flash with Carl Zeiss optics. The camera can shoot video in VGA quality at a resolution of 15 frames per rate. Besides 5 mega pixel camera, it is also a phone for those who are looking for music phone. It includes dedicated music keys, easy access to CMCC music, miscroSD card expandable up to 8 GB, Fetion IM, stereo Bluetooth headphone and 3.5 mm sports jack. X5 runs on Symbian OS based on TD-CDMA. The handset has 2.4-inch QVGA 16M colour and TFT display. It also has GPS. Mobile Map/Navigation, Mobile video is also its preloaded content of the phone. X5 is filled with entertaining materials; it will be available in three colours i.e. Red, Black and White.

Nokia C5 is also having 5.0 mega pixel cameras and another VGA camera in froth panel of the phone for video calling. C5 has stainless-steel keypad in compact design, Fetion IM, Mobile Market-Ovi Store, and 139 mailboxes. The handset has 2.4- inch QVGA TFT display, supports microSD memory card, stereo Bluetooth headset and 3.5mm audio jack like Nokia X5. Nokia C5 is perfect phone for surfing internet. Silver and Black colour will be colour available for C5.

Nokia X5 will be available in second quarter of 2010 and Nokia C5 in third quarter of 2010. There are also rumours that the new Nokia X5 will be available for GSM networks. Watch out for updates.
