ONGC Recruitment 2010 for Engineers Notification

ONGC has published the notification for recruitment of engineers for 2010. The recruitment notification can be downloaded in PDF format from the link given below. Please note that you will need a PDF reader to open the file.

The tentative date of Written Test for ONGC Engineers Recruitment 2010 is June 20, 2010. However the examination date is subject to change and the same will be posted on the ONGC website at www.ongcindia.com

Online Registration for ONGC Engineers Recruitment 2010: Online registration will be open from 10:00AM on April 30, 2010 till 8:00PM of May 21, 2010 at www.ongcindia.com. Please register yourself for the same withing this given time frame after which the online registration will be closed.

Payment of Fees:
Applicable fees are Rs.500 for General and OBC Candidates and Rs.100 for SC/ST/Physically  Challenged candidates. Options to pay the fee will be available online for those submitting the ONGC application online. Please ensure that you pay the fee only to the ONGC Powerjyoti Account Number 30827318409 of SBI. All payments should be done only through the prescribed channel.

How to Apply:
Candidates should sent the application form to:

Basavanagudi, Head Post Office,
Bangalore – 560004

The application forms should be sent in the prescribed format (please refer the PDF files attached above) to reach the ONGC office before May 28, 2010.

  I am Krishna Kanth. B.Tech Civil Engineering NITW.
  I am encountering problem with the online application process.
  I paid the Challan and started my online application. Saved my personal details and then was about to enter the challan details and the server was down. I tried repeating it and could not register as it said Duplicate record found.
  I did not get any registration number nor i could register now.

  Help me. Whom to contact or any other solution.
  Very important for me.

  sir i paid the challan amount and i got the journal number. On doing the online application process , the server was down at the last submit page after i clicked submit button. Thereby i dint get my registration number. Again i tried as a new user. But it says that the mail id that i entered was registered and i cant proceed further.
  What should i do??
  How will i get my Registration number??
  pls help me…

  Sir,
  I was doing online registration for ONGC ,I have completed all the steps successfully including the Challan and Journal No.Information.when I submitted the form ,the server went down and form could not be submitted sucessfully and could not get registration no.
  I tried 2 and 3 times with different E-mail ID then after personal information submission it had shown that duplicate record is found
  Please sir,Can you tell me how to get my registration no.
