After the release of the four abducted policemen by the Maoists on Sunday, their entire ordeal was made public by one of the four abducted policeman havildar Ehsham Khan after spending days of miseries under the captivity of Maoists.
Initially after their abduction on 29th of August after a gunfight for six hours, they were taken to the Maoists camp being blindfolded and the place where they were kept was segregated from the rest of the Maoists members. As per report of the media persons, Ehsham also told that the Maoists hardly talked in front of the hostages and they mostly whispered and talked in “code language”.
It was Monday when three of the four policemen who were abducted were released out of the captivity. However, one of the captive, Bihar Military Police (BMP) assistant sub-inspector Lukas Tete was murdered by the rebels and his body was recovered from Lakhisarai district.
Ehsham also told that in the initial hour of captivity he was in panic but the Maoists behaved well with them and assured them that no harm will be done to them. He was shocked to know about the death of Tete after his release on Monday morning and told that killing of one of them was also not revealed to the other three of them.
It is also the latest buzz of the hour that Maoist leaders of Bihar-Jharkhand are fighting with each other after the killing of Lucas Tete. Difference arose between Maoists groups in the wake of the fear that Tete’s execution could boomerang severely on them.
Despite of undergoing traumatic conditions Khan is determined to carry on police work.
