TNPSC VAO Exam 2010 (Village Administrative Officer) Notice

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission has published the TNPSC VAO Exam 2010 notification online. The notification was published on July 21, 2010 and the last date of recript of applications for the same is August 20th. The number of vacancy in the VAO in the Tamil Nadu Ministerial Service (2009-2010, Service Code.050) is 1576 while that of the Shortfall vacancies
for SC/ST is 1077. Pay Scale for both will be Rs.5,200 – 20,200 Grade Pay Rs.
2,000 P.M (PB1). It has also been notified that the reservation for women, differently abled persons and ex-servicemen shall not apply for Shortfall Vacancies.

  VAO Exam 2011 Hall tickets can be downloaded from the following website http://www.tnpsc.gov.in -from tomorrow evening (15-02-2001) by providing Name & DOB. This is the information provided by the COE TNPSC, Chennai when we contacted for Hall ticket.

  Sir,I have applied for VAO examination. I belong to BC category.
  My age is 47 year. Today I received a letter which notify that my application is rejected for exceeding age limit. According to
  TNPSC’S terms & condition there is no age limit for BC degree holder. Please kindly verify my application & allow me to write
