DOES UPSC REALLY FOLLOWING THE PATH OF TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY?
I want to express my frustration and depression against UPSC the governmental institution which has reflected its arbitrariness. The approach followed by the UPSC is not in the interest of the candidates who are preparing diligently and having a die hard attitude to get into the civil services. I want to express my opinion about the suspicious attitude adopted by this central recruiting agency and leading to a crushing defeat of transparency and accountability as a whole.By not catering to the orders of high court regarding the disclosure of marks obtained by the candidates obtained in the preliminary examination UPSC has a conveyed a wrong message about itself in the opinion of the public.UPSC for the past couple of years has made the mockery of the RTI Act.why the central agency is not relenting to deliver the marks? why our parliamentarians are not responding to the plea of the candidates and who will come to salvage our hard labour and seriousness towards such a prestigious examination.why is this cental agency not following the path of transparency and accountability? Sir i want to draw your attention towards the volumes of candidates who inspite of obtaining a good score in their optionals and GS paper does not figure in the list of successful candidates and the volume of such candidates are proliferating day by day. This attitude adopted by UPSC points about something very fishy is going on in the agency.I want to convey this message to our honourable Prime Minister Shri Manmohan Singh and also to the Honourable Chief Justice of India Shri S. H. Kapadia.Sir do look to our grievances.
