Vivek Oberoi marriage with Priyanka Elva today

Oct 29 (FLS): Bollywood star Vivek Oberoi is all set to enter wedlock with 28 year old beautiful Priyanka Alva who is the daughter of former Karnataka minister late Jeevraj Alva today. Priyanka Alva is a management graduate from London. The wedding day reportedly began with the marriage ceremony at 8:30 am at Priyanka Alva’s home.

Sources have reported that the duos are ready to tie the knot on Friday in Bangalore at Alva’s residence. This will be followed by a grand reception at the ITC Grand Maratha Hotel in Mumbai on October 30. Bollywood celebrities are expected to attend and bless the newly-weds.

The groom along with baraatis is staying at the Chancery Pavilion where 40 rooms have been booked. However, all the pre-wedding functions and the wedding will be held at Alva’s residence.

Chief Minister, B S Yeddyurappa is expected to attend for the marriage as a special guest. Most of the Bollywood celebrities will attend for the reception on Sunday at five star hotel in Mumbai. Sushmita Sen, Dia Mirza, Tarun Tahiliani, Kumar Taurani and Sachin Gupta are expected to attend for this ceremony.

The wedding functions began on the auspicious day of Karva Chauth on Tuesday, October 27 followed by the Upanayana ceremony of Aditya Alva, younger brother of the bride on Wednesday, October 28.

Mehendi ceremony went well yesterday, where both Vivek and his to be bride Priyanka Alva sported matching shades of Crimson which took place at a sprawling farm house in Bangalore.

The couple who will both sport designer Tarun Tahilani’s creations would be blessed at the ceremony by close family friends and relatives.
