  I cleared ny UGC-NET and also completed & awarded Ph.D in Geography under C.U.

  Respected Sir/Madam,

  I have done my Master on Bengali from Jadavpur University.

  Section 4 of application form(for College Service commission) reflects request to fill up the details of research work and/or publications for respective candidate.

  Requesting you to confirm, if the publication of research work needs to be only with Govt. Registered newsletters or a publication on non-governmental public medium will also serve the purpose?

  The state Govt. of west bengal is arranging school service examination every year( even in 10 month duration), also declaring 12000 extra school teacher vacancy, but there is nothing about csc, although the previous csc was held in 2008. The reason is that there is a lot of VOTE of school teachers than lectureres, so they have no need of lecturers(few VOTES).Also they didnot have the highly qualified CADAR(party fulltimer) to appoint?
